Shipping policy

At Plata, we take great care in packaging and dispatching every order. All pieces are shipped in secure Plata packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email or WhatsApp notification once your order has been dispatched, along with a tracking number where available.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)
We ship to all cities and towns across Pakistan via trusted courier partners including TCS, Leopards Courier, and M&P.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery for all orders within Pakistan. Please ensure someone is available at the provided address to receive and pay for the parcel. If delivery is unsuccessful on the first attempt, our courier partner will make up to two further attempts before returning the parcel to us.
Please note: repeated failed deliveries or refusal to accept a COD parcel may result in your account being restricted from placing future COD orders.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship internationally on a case-by-case basis. If you are based outside Pakistan and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@plata.pk or via WhatsApp before ordering and we will arrange shipping and provide a quote.
- International orders are shipped via DHL or a comparable tracked courier
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination
- Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Plata is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number directly on the courier's website to track your parcel. If your tracking has not updated within 48 hours of dispatch, please contact us and we will follow up with the courier on your behalf.
6. Packaging
Every Plata order is carefully packaged to protect your jewellery during transit. All pieces are placed in a Plata pouch or box and wrapped securely. If you require gift packaging for a special occasion, please mention this at checkout or contact us before ordering.
7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your delivery address before placing your order. Plata is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@plata.pk — we can only update the address before the order is dispatched.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the rare event that your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, in the case of damage, clear photos of the packaging and item. We will raise a claim with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
